Presentation of credentials to H.E. Faustin Archange TOUADERA, President of the Central African Republic

On 18 March, Ambassador MINAMI presented his credentials to the President of the Central African Republic, H.E. Faustin-Archange TOUADERA. The President warmly welcomed and congratulated the Ambassador on his arrival. After conveying the Emperor's message to the President, the Ambassador assured he would do his utmost to strengthen good bilateral relations.
Prior to this, on 17 March, Ambassador MINAMI also presented a copy of his credentials to the Minister of State in charge of Justice, the Promotion of Human Rights and Good Governance, Keeper of the Seals and exchanged views with him.
