The Embassy of Japan in Yaoundé is now hiring an assistant in charge of the administrative section and the cultural section.
The post is open to all Cameroonians and residents with other nationalities who have a working permit card.
 
Responsibilities :
  • Administrative section:
-  Managing the maintenance of the Embassy and the Residence
-  General secretarial tasks
  • Cultural section :
- Assistance in organising cultural events
- Managing the Embassy’s homepage and Social Network Service pages
 
Qualification /Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- An excellent command of English and French
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HTML language is a plus
 
Working hours
8:00 to 16:00 (Lunch time 12:30-13:15), Monday to Friday
Starting from the 1st October (Adjustment is possible)
